Over the years, Silvano and Luigina’s passion was matched by the next generation. Valerio and Simona, respectively their son and daughter, engaged with dedication and enthusiasm in the family business, contributing to its growth and development, maintaining, however, over the years, the predominantly family management. Because of the significant increase in production, the company moved to a new and modern plant located in Spinacceto, at the foot of the Franciscan Sanctuary, in the municipality of Greccio (Rieti), in the very heart of the Valle Santa.
The production has kept its artisanal character via the careful and selected choice of ingredients, whilst also using sophisticated technological and cutting-edge machinery. A choice made in order to improve the product without losing the original craftsmanship. That same craftsmanship that gives the pleasure to discover that each piece is different from the other, that allow you to only use fresh products, and that is obtained with the use of selected raw materials, each one personally chosen by the owner, thus ensuring a high quality standard which is rewarded with the constant recognition and appreciation of customers.
The production department of the pasta factory works in synergy with the management, where the owners devote themselves every day to analyzing the raw materials and studying their possible evolution. The only secret to obtain a product of impeccable taste and consistency is to maintaining excellence in the quality of the ingredients chosen at the origin of the supply chain, so to create a traditional pasta that comes from the land and knows how to reinvent itself in many ways, thanks to the experience and creativity of its producers, always projected in to the future and inspired by constant innovation.
