The company has been producing fresh pasta, egg pasta, and stuffed pasta for over 30 years, as well as typical products of the sabina tradition and ready-made specialties to take away, in order to satisfy every kind of need, up to the most modern, from every kind of consumer.
L’Antica Pasta counts over 80 products, above all the fresh pasta, which consists of 28 specialties, from the typical “pièce de résistance” of the Sabina tradition such as maltagliate (available both with or without egg), the strincozzi and the strozzapretti, to the classic products of the Italian tradition such as fettuccine, tagliatelle and pappardelle.
Over the years, the company has also successfully worked in the production of dishes typical of other regions, producing Sardinian gnocchetti, typical Apulian specialties such as orecchiette and cicatelli, and the latest come specialties typical of Campania such as paccheri and calamarata.
New Products and Services
In order to meet the needs of a society in continuous movement, not renouncing however to the craftsmanship and careful selection of ingredients used, the company has also successfully started the production of ready meals. The above mentioned consisting in first courses such as lasagne (in the delicious variants of ragù, mushrooms, peas and sausage, and artichokes), cannelloni, pasta and rice salads, and eggplant parmigiana, and excellent second courses such as veal tuna, grilled chicken breast or al vino, mushrooms and peas stew, and, last but not least, both boiled and sautéed side dishes.
The products of the Antica Pasta, are packaged in polypropylene or pet containers, of either 500g and 250 gr, heat-sealed with film designed for the packaging of products with high moisture level, which reduces the formation of internal moisture. It is stored in ATM and each tray can be eventually pre-priced in packaging.
The production, marketing, and distribution of products branded “Antica Pasta” are meticulously cared for by qualified staff. The staff counts more than 30 workers, subdivided into production workers, drivers, and administrative and accounting departments.
